Returns Policy
We hope you love your new Snēk product but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. We want to make sure your gear is fitting properly and functioning the way you'd expect with as little hassle as possible.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions:
- Discounted & Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

You will be prompted to complete the following steps:
- Provide your order number and email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed 3 to 5 days after receiving them.
- Returns shipments are free for US orders $50+. International orders must pay for return shipping.
